A dream of an experience! It's hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, he's a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday. He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools. He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didn't know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system. If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didn't have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless! We are so glad we found Copperhead Plumbing, thanks to a Google search and reviews. I messaged on New Year’s Day and heard from Copperhead the next day. By the next day our plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. And our vanity was professionally installed less than 3 hours later. Daniel was thorough, friendly, and talked to me throughout the process. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old pedestal sink and boxes. Grateful for a negotiated deal and will definitely use and recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Love that you’re a local company! Thanks for making this process SO much easier than it had been. We now have a completed half bath and couldn’t be happier!

Today, Daniel Moesly came to take care of my mom’s plumbing issues outside and in the house. He was patient and calm while helping us understand what was going on. He was also transparent when telling us what he had to do with the pipes. He was upfront about cost which was very comforting in the process.
