I got a call from a realtor who was showing the condo directly underneath me that there was water leaking down into their kitchen and I panicked and rushed home and on the way I requested an evaluation of my hot water heater from Copperhead plumbing and it was definitely an emergency situation. James showed up at my door so fast and actually surprised me. He then got right to work and diagnosed the problem and then was joined by his coworker Daniel and they were prompt and courteous and removed on replaced my hot water heater in record time The neighbor who owns the condo below me, but was not living in at the time called me and when I told her it was already fixed she couldn't believe how fast I got my hot water heater replaced and my water was turned back on And what was panic was turned to relief these guys are great recommend things everyone

Nick at Copperhead Plumbing is one of the most reliable, professional, and dedicated professionals I have ever met. I called Nick due to an emergency at one of my properties. As you can imagine, a plumbing emergency is NEVER a good thing. Nick took the call and was on site within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly, and left the property cleaner then it was when he arrived. More than that, he charged me a fair rate and didn't try to upsell me or make me feel robbed. Nick has character and integrity. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a plumbing company give Copperhead Plumbing a call. You will not find a more reliable, professional, and reasonable person out there. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
