We reached out to Cooperhead Plumbing as an urgent service call. We started experiencing toilets, shower, tub backing up. My service time was scheduled for 1:30pm but by the time I reached home Kyle was there waiting and he had already did some investigating. He stated that our issue was with the City of Coral Springs and that they would need to come out and drain the sewage. He came inside took a look at the bathroom & placed a call to the City which stated it would take an hour before someone could come out. Kyle wasn't able to wait but he did make a follow-up call to insure that the issue was being addressed. Kyle was very professional, friendly and was spot on with exactly what he stated the issue was. If you ever run into a situation and you need a plumber, I would highly recommend giving Cooperhead Plumbing a call and ask for Kyle!!!

I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. From first touchpoint on the phones to service at home, Copperhead Plumbing is first-class. Thank you Kyle and Copperhead Plumbing!

Just incredible customer service too from setting the appointment to customer service during the repairs, Dakota (tech) was awesome and the wonderful office staff so accommodating to the clients needs ..just great top notch service all around.
