James was amazing! Efficient, on time, polite, and very tidy!! Red Carpet service and two handicap toilets installed. Shout out to Melissa also… she scheduled my appointment and also called me the morning of the appointment that there was a delay, that James was running an hour and a half behind schedule. I appreciated the heads up!

Very nice and professional on phone. Appointment was made right away and they showed up on time and did the job. All happened in a few days after a part was ordered. They were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Got back from a three week vacation from Europe. My pluming wasn’t working called copperhead they sent it a gentleman named James.
