I found Copperhead Plumbing on line when my refrigerator leaked flooding my kitchen. My initial call was answered by Nick who told me he would send someone to me within 30-45 minutes.. Within minutes I received a call from Justin advising me that he was on his way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Justin and Copperhead Plumbing. I have called them at 8 p.m. and my call was answered not by a machine, but by Nick. Since my initial contact with them I had an appliance service company come to my home to fix my refrigerator. They reconnected the water line to the refrigerator and once again I had water everywhere. Nick answered my call early this morning and was at my home to resolve the issue in a very short period of time. Nick and Justin are not only knowledgable, they are responsive to your needs when you call. It is so refreshing to hear a human voice on the other end of the line as opposed to leave your name, number and description of your issue and someone will get back to you shortly. In my opinion, they deserve a 10 star rating. I highly recommend them.
