Raphael came out to help us with a gray water drainage relocation for a turf installation we have coming up. It didn't take but a moment for me to show him where the pipe was located and the surrounding plumbing for him to drum up a very reasonable option that didn't require popping open any walls or excessive digging in the backyard. Raphael was very friendly and made sure to explain what options we had including any implications or things to watch out for. Sometime down the road we'll be likely to put in a hybrid water heater, and for a bigger job like that I'll be sure to reach out to Copperhead
