The plumber who came to my home, Andrew, was fantastic - super informative, knowledgeable, professional (he even removed his shoes), and very friendly. He did a very thorough and great job. However, the prices for this company, Copperhead, are exorbitantly high. The pricing was out of line and many people in my neighborhood have told me that, as well. I was initially quoted $870 to unclog 3 bathroom sinks, but wound up paying $700 (for 3 bathroom sinks to get unclogged).

I had a leak caused by a contractor, and Andrew from Copper Head Plumbing came out at the last minute to assess the situation. He quickly helped identify the initial source of the problem and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment. Dakota came out today and was truly amazing to work with. He was very professional, clearly explained the issue, and was able to resolve it efficiently. Huge thanks to both Andrew and Dakota for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work. I will absolutely continue using Copper Head Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Jamie was the serviceman sent to perform the work. He worked clean quick and efficient. Great employee. My only complaint is they are very expensive. A 2 hour job including drive time and 4 pieces of braided pipe shouldn't cost $700.

I can't recommend Nick highly enough - Nick always provides honest, expert service. He is extremely hardworking and will stay late or come out on weekends to fix any issues. I really appreciate that he's always punctual and respectful of my time. His work is truly top-notch. Nick's prices are also very reasonable. But what really sets him apart is his responsiveness - he quickly returns any calls and texts, even if it's at night or on the weekend. For any plumbing job, there's no one I trust more than Nick. His excellent communication, strong work ethic, reliability, and first-rate skills make him a 5-star plumber in my book.
