He diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently, and explained, in detail, every next step. He even coordinated with a wholesaler to secure a new water heater and installed it seamlessly. His quick response and dedication to customer service were truly impressive. Highly recommended!

Had a issue with water backing up in the system and called Copperhead Plumbing to come out for the repair. The timing was on point with a 25 minute arrival time after making the phone call. Our Technician Dakota Shelton, cleared the line and camera scoped it within a hour and informed us of what the issue was with resolve. Mr Shelton did outstanding work within a timely and professional manner and 10 out of 10 will call Copperhead Plumbing with all plumbing needs.
