There's an adage that says, "Finding a good plumber is hard." This wasn't my experience with Copperhead Plumbing LLC. When Josh arrived, I was surprised with how conscientious he was as it pertains to respecting my home. He made sure to put on shoe covers prior to entering. Furthermore, he fixed the issue with my kitchen sink and afterwards, he didn't charge me more than what was reasonable, whereas other companies would've attempted to. Update: 5/21/25 Though I couldn't use Andrew H.'s services because I found a great offer that I couldn't pass up, I can say he is professional and he waited for someone to come open my home for him. No one was home, there were medical appointments that needed to be attended. Despite that, Andrew waited and remained respectful. Most people would've left. He provided great customer service.

The Five Star reviews are not exaggerating. We came across an issue late in the evening; we called their main phone number and was immediately connected to a professional administrator. She confirmed our issue, and stated that she would aim to have a plumber dispatched between 9AM - Noon the following day. The next morning, we received an updated phone call from Admin, confirming that they will be sending a plumber out by between 8AM - 9AM. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, the plumber, Andrew H., reached out and stated that he was en route. The assessment of the issue was efficient, the quote was upfront and clear, accounting for time, labor, and equipment. Andrew came prepared! He already had the main piece that needed to be replaced in the company vehicle. An unexpected challenge arose, and the updated quote was fair and clear. The work was completed in 2 hours, and everything was tested to ensure it was in working order. Andrew was professional, polite, and informative. He cleaned up after the work was done, and I have a functioning kitchen again! It felt unusual to not run into ANY challenges with a technician out addressing such a delicate issue. You won't go wrong with them. We certainly didn't.

Dakota from Copperplate responded very quickly to my plumbing need (running toilet) and worked to remediate. He inspected the other drains in the bathrooms, and made sure all was in working order. I was extremely happy. Dakota was professional, friendly, neat and got the job done. Thank you so much! I will call them if another problem arises.

James Ely from Copperhead Plumbing was courteous, speedy, and exceptionally clean. His organization skills were excellent and clean-up was meticulous. Was very pleased with his work!
