We had a perfect experience with Copper Plumbing and Dan Moesly . He connected our gas grill, sink and faucet, and then informed us about a custom water softener and purifier for our home. The installation was completed within a day. It’s amazing the difference in our water from taste to residue. We no longer have any concerns for ourselves or family regarding water quality in PBG. Our experience was seamless from beginning to end. We will definitely be using for all our plumbing needs! Don’t waste time or money with anyone else!

Justin is awesome!!! He came out to my new house because the hot water wasn’t working. Of course as soon as he got there, it started working. As a courtesy, he wanted to show me where my main water valve was in case I needed all water shut off. We closed the valve, but a good amount of water was still flowing. I decided to have him replace the main valve. To make things more complicated, the city valve wasn’t working either. So he had to cut the pipe with water flowing through it and replace the main valve. Within an hour, we went from me wasting money on a service call to me having the peace of mind knowing that if we have an issue inside, I can shut the water off in a flash. This dude is awesome. And he was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable throughout. He’s an asset to your business. Thank you Justin!!!

James came out today in less than an hour after my phone call. Entire house was at a plumbing standstill. He found the issue quickly, cleared out the blockage, and had the best sense of humor and attitude. Genuinely nice guy! God bless James and the company!
