I called Copperhead Plumbing yesterday and was given the window of 11-2 today. Raphael Morganelli called me shortly after 11 and showed up on time. His expertise is bar-none. I highly recommend this company, and if you can request him - do it! He's the kindest, most knowledgeable plumber I've ever met!

I reached out to copperhead to assist me with installing a toilet. James came out and recommended that the existing toilet is in good enough shape to keep. I appreciate the honesty. He even helped me move the new toilet back.

Copperhead was quick to respond and had an employee sent out. Agustin arrived at the very beginning of the time window that was promised. He was fast to assess the issue, give an upfront explanation on cost/next steps (including reasons for possible delays), and complete in a reasonable time frame. He was calm and approachable as he gave different explanations about what he was doing and other key facts about my homes plumbing.
