My Company needed some new waterlines run since our offices are downsizing. Called Copperhead and they got us scheduled right away. The Plumber they sent was James. Great Guy & a Great Plumber. He did the job just how we wanted it, and cleaned up completely after all the work was completed. I'm very happy with everything they/he did and would recommend James and Copperhead Plumbing. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

The Five Star reviews are not exaggerating. We came across an issue late in the evening; we called their main phone number and was immediately connected to a professional administrator. She confirmed our issue, and stated that she would aim to have a plumber dispatched between 9AM - Noon the following day. The next morning, we received an updated phone call from Admin, confirming that they will be sending a plumber out by between 8AM - 9AM. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, the plumber, Andrew H., reached out and stated that he was en route. The assessment of the issue was efficient, the quote was upfront and clear, accounting for time, labor, and equipment. Andrew came prepared! He already had the main piece that needed to be replaced in the company vehicle. An unexpected challenge arose, and the updated quote was fair and clear. The work was completed in 2 hours, and everything was tested to ensure it was in working order. Andrew was professional, polite, and informative. He cleaned up after the work was done, and I have a functioning kitchen again! It felt unusual to not run into ANY challenges with a technician out addressing such a delicate issue. You won't go wrong with them. We certainly didn't.
