Within seconds, Cassie, who took my call, put my mind at ease and assured me that they have all the tech/tools to locate and fix the issue. She dispatched a team member almost instantly and James was knocking at my door within the hour. James is clearly an expert in his field and knew exactly what he needed to do - 1. Locate the leak (without blind holes in the walls all over) with sonar technology 2. Clearly explain what was require along with an explanation of all costs upfront 3.
