I had an excellent experience with Raphael Morganelli from Copperhead Plumbing. From start to finish, his service was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess everything before getting started. He successfully unclogged my shower and also checked my water heater to make sure everything was functioning properly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. he didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure everything was running smoothly and explained what he was doing along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also reliable and respectful of your home. Raphael went above and beyond, and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. I can’t say enough about the outstanding professional work of Kyle at Copperhead Plumbing. He recently installed a tankless water heater in our home and handled every aspect with the utmost professionalism. Kyle went out of his way to make sure we fully understood how to operate the system and took great care to clean up the entire work area when the installation was complete. What impressed me most was his dedication. He stayed late to ensure everything was working properly, and when a small glitch arose, he came in early the next morning to resolve it.
