I waited to post this review because the wonderful reasons I had my water filtration system installed keep coming. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful, and the silver honest brand system is an immediate improvement for my house. It exceeds my expectations. My favorite example is when I air dry my dishes and glasses, as I often do, there are no stains.

We have used them several times for jobs around the house for both gas and plumbing jobs. Every one of their crew is very capable and not only do you not mind them in your house, you actually enjoy them. The last job was to install a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and Andy did a great job. We’ve also worked with Nick and James. Doesn’t matter who shows up! I know it will be done professionally and you’ll actually enjoy the interaction.

We reached out to Cooperhead Plumbing as an urgent service call. We started experiencing toilets, shower, tub backing up. My service time was scheduled for 1:30pm but by the time I reached home Kyle was there waiting and he had already did some investigating. He stated that our issue was with the City of Coral Springs and that they would need to come out and drain the sewage. He came inside took a look at the bathroom & placed a call to the City which stated it would take an hour before someone could come out. Kyle wasn't able to wait but he did make a follow-up call to insure that the issue was being addressed. Kyle was very professional, friendly and was spot on with exactly what he stated the issue was. If you ever run into a situation and you need a plumber, I would highly recommend giving Cooperhead Plumbing a call and ask for Kyle!!!
