James Ely is truly an outstanding plumber. He just installed our natural gas barbecue and outdoor sink, and the quality of his work was exceptional. James is incredibly meticulous and takes tremendous pride in what he does — every detail was handled with care and precision. What impressed us most was his integrity and professionalism. He is polite, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to making sure his clients are 100% happy with the finished result. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about doing the job right. Raphael texted me five minutes after my call. Ten minutes later he was at my home. Within a couple of minutes he had diagnosed the problem and given me the quote. Within an hour he had rebuilt my water heater and cleaned everything around it! Fabulous service and price! I highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing.
