Justin was prompt, courteous and efficient, went back to his shop and returned with the required hardware in the exact time he said it would take,, replaced the outdoor faucet head and attached the new hose , explained the workings of the new attachment

You guys at Copperhead! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Totally over and above the call of duty! Arrived completely on time, with the expertise and ability to get the repair performed correctly on budget. Just incredible customer service too from setting the appointment to customer service during the repairs, Dakota (tech) was awesome and the wonderful office staff so accommodating to the clients needs ..just great top notch service all around.
