I was in need of a new shower valve and I contacted copperhead plumbing. I called them at around 10am and they responded in about 2hrs and I am very pleased with their response time. Dakota arrived and greeted me and was very understanding of my issue. He was very helpful and personable and even described the steps of replacement so I have an understanding. Dakota was very precise with his cuts and kept his work area very clean. After the installation was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up any dirt left behind. I was very satisfied with the installation and I will definitely contact copperhead plumbing and ask for Dakota. I am also a return customer and had a clogged drain the first time and the owner came out to help and it’s very nice to see a good company grow. Thank you copperhead plumbing for the amazing service once again !!

The water department contacted us and stated our meter was leaking and we were responsible for repairing it. Andrew came right out and examined the situation. He found the neighbors meter was the one leaking not our meter. He waited patiently for the water department to return. He showed them the mis diagnosed which meter was leaking. The water department agreed with Andrew. This saved us a costly repair. Highly recommend.
