Phenomenal experience with this company! Chase was prompt, honest & extremely helpful. We just had them fix a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain and had no water pressure, replace the faucet in another sink, and fully replace 2 toilets that other plumbers claimed to have fixed previously, but would not stop running & breaking. Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything.
