From the moment we got in touch, they were reliable, honest, and professional. Cassie and Melissa were both friendly, knowledgeable, and they set up the service appointments in no time. Now let me tell you about Raphael, the plumber who did the work. He was amazing! He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and how he would go about it. James was amazing! Efficient, on time, polite, and very tidy!! Red Carpet service and two handicap toilets installed. Shout out to Melissa also… she scheduled my appointment and also called me the morning of the appointment that there was a delay, that James was running an hour and a half behind schedule. Self diagnosed that there was a problem with my hot water heater…. Daniel came out and looked at everything, thought it was probably my AC that needed attention. Hot water heater is fine. (In a condo - the AC is above the water heater in a closet in hallway. ) So honest I am thrilled that I found them online. There is a reason that Copperhead has all those five star reviews. Oh, big shoutout to Melissa who made the appt - so patient with my long story, so nice. Thanks so much.
