We called Copperhead plumbing on Christmas eve with an emergency issue at my mom’s house and they came out within the hour and did a great job! The plumber, Rafael was very professional and a very kind person. He explained everything that needed to be done and was able to complete the job on time for us to go to our Xmas eve party in Miami. He also left everything clean and tidy. Rafael is a special person and my mom was very happy with him. Thank you so much!

James and Rafael were awesome. I have a toilet at the place I’m living that is really old and it’s also a really strange size. James had to call all over the place to find it and he pulled it off. Very quick service too they went above and beyond. Rafael installed the toilet, it works perfectly. He did it quickly and definitely knows what he’s doing. He even pet my dog, which was nice. These are great People and you can really truly tell they care about what they do and how it affects customers lives.

Third time, still a charm! Had to call my friends at Copperhead again to bail me out. This time a broken pump on the water pump from the well. We were 100% down. Cassie in dispatch worked a miracle and freed up a plumber for me who arrived inside of 30 minutes. Rafael arrived, super polite, incredibly helpful, and hit to work on getting us back on line. Not only was he incredibly personable and a lot fun to get to know, he did an amazing job, worked clean and fast, and made everything look exceptional before he left- which wasn’t until after 9pm. Truly can’t say enough about Copperhead. I’ve needed them three times, and every time they’ve been exceptional. Thanks again
