After my son flushed a folded credit card down the toilet, Dominic came out. We thought the issue was fixed but the next day it was poorly flushing again. The next day Nick came out and took the toilet off, augered again and we found nothing but the toilet still wasn’t flushing well. He called out James who brought a camera and we found the folded card stuck in a tight corner. After some maneuvering with the auger, toilet paper, and the camera, they got the card out and sealed everything back up. It was quite a task but they all did such a great job making sure the issue was completely resolved. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you guys!
