Walked out at midnight last night to appreciate the pool deck and rafters I spent 5 hours cleaning, to find 1/2” of mud and water all the way to the back door with an overflowing pool that could best be describe as chocolate milk. We contacted them first thing in the morning, and Andrew was here earlier than anticipated. He established it was not the main line, and went above and beyond to inspect everything from the pool to the irrigation system, despite that was not the company’s expertise. He spent so much time investigating, eliminating and considering possible issues, and did far more than what some others may feel was their obligation, despite the fact that it was not in the company’s typical wheelhouse. He also took time to investigate some inner issues we had the previous summer and a potential AC leak. He put us in touch with another company and spoke with them in detail for more than a half hour. The feedback I received from him was invaluable and worth the modest cost for him to spend more than two hours here, this coming from one who provides positive/negative reviews minimally. I would 100% recommend this company and it will be our go to if and when the inevitable home owner disaster rears its ugly head again.
