He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess everything before getting started. He successfully unclogged my shower and also checked my water heater to make sure everything was functioning properly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. he didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure everything was running smoothly and explained what he was doing along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also reliable and respectful of your home. Nick at Copperhead saved my life. I woke up early one Sunday morning, and thank god I did.. My entire bathroom was flooding and I had no clue what to do. I searched high and low for someone to help and received no responses, only the option to schedule for a later date. No one seemed to understand my emergency, until I spoke with Nick. He came within 45 minutes of me calling and within that day found and fixed a leak caused by a terrible job someone else had done.
