Raphael came on Friday to troubleshoot out well pump/pressure tank. Multiple issues were going on. He tried a lot of different strategies to pinpoint the problem… or rather problems and gave us ideas and choices. In the end we decided to replace all the plumbing, including the well pump and pressure tank. Today Raphael came back with all the supplies, dug out everything, put in the new base (cut it to size), packed down all the dirt tightly, reconfigured everything so we had less 90 degree turns, and added a new brass valve with a lever (my preference as they are easier on your hands). He stayed and adjusted everything, checked the pressure in all outlets and watched that it was all adjusted and balanced perfectly. He didn’t leave till after 6p when he knew it was all running perfectly and all our concerns were addressed. Thank you Raphael and Nick!

We had a sudden leak in and under our sink and had no idea whom to call so my husband Googled for plumbers with high ratings. We found Copperhead, called them, got the detailed info we needed and a super plumber was in our home within an hour. He found the problem, explained it to us and gave us options as to the repairs. We opted for him to replace and install the new faucet. We so appreciate how this company gives us options, includes us in all the info we might need and repairs right away. Their prices are equal with other companies and they explain everything thoroughly.

Strongly recommend against using this firm. I was a mechanic (plumber) in the nuclear Navy. I built over 20 high end homes when I lived in Boston. So I know what it takes to remove a toilet and seal it...about an hour or less. Copperhead showed up and said the charge would be $425.00. I paid them their $80 service fee and asked them to leave. RIP OFF !!

Andrew was professional and prompt and let me sit and learn from him. He doesn’t set the prices, which I found excessive. However you get what you pay for and the company delivered and communicated well.

Chase from Copperhead Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in dealing with a ceiling leak which I had in my bathroom. I also appreciated the office scheduling department communication and follow through! I would highly recommend Copperhead and will use them in the future again.
