I was happy to get a same day appointment. They were very communicative, letting me know when they were delayed at another job, and calling 30 minutes before arrival. Nick was very professional, explaining what would be done and providing before and after photos. Cleanliness was a perk too, wearing booties when he entered my house and vacuuming up any dust/ dirt. Highly recommend!

Justin was the best. He is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He did a great job answering all my questions and calming my anxiety about replacing my water heater. He did an excellent job on installing the new water heater. He made sure everything worked and there were no leaks. When done he cleaned up the whole area above my expectations. I also wanted to express how happy I am with Copperhead as a whole. From the moment I called they were very professional and helpful. Justin was at my house lest than a should later. I will definitely use this company and Justin for all my plumbing needs.
