Kyle gave a follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was functioning as it should. Strongly recommend against using this firm. I was a mechanic (plumber) in the nuclear Navy. I built over 20 high end homes when I lived in Boston. So I know what it takes to remove a toilet and seal it...about an hour or less. Copperhead showed up and said the charge would be $425.00. I paid them their $80 service fee and asked them to leave. RIP OFF !!
