I got a call from a realtor who was showing the condo directly underneath me that there was water leaking down into their kitchen and I panicked and rushed home and on the way I requested an evaluation of my hot water heater from Copperhead plumbing and it was definitely an emergency situation. James showed up at my door so fast and actually surprised me. He then got right to work and diagnosed the problem and then was joined by his coworker Daniel and they were prompt and courteous and removed on replaced my hot water heater in record time The neighbor who owns the condo below me, but was not living in at the time called me and when I told her it was already fixed she couldn't believe how fast I got my hot water heater replaced and my water was turned back on And what was panic was turned to relief these guys are great recommend things everyone

Self diagnosed that there was a problem with my hot water heater…. Daniel came out and looked at everything, thought it was probably my AC that needed attention. Hot water heater is fine. (In a condo - the AC is above the water heater in a closet in hallway. ) So honest I am thrilled that I found them online. There is a reason that Copperhead has all those five star reviews. I contracted Copperhead Plumbing based on their Google reviews. I replaced all my countertops, so Daniel replaced my faucet and waste disposal. He also installed my Waterdrop water filter. I was interested in a hot water recirculating pump so Daniel and James came by today and installed the pump very quickly. I can’t express how grateful and impressed I was /am with Copperhead Plumbing. Called on a Sunday to see if I could get someone to come Monday for a leak outside the home that had my water continuously running. Customer service answered my call and scheduled Daniel with a window of 8-12pm Monday. Got a text at 8am that he would arrive by 9! Showed up at 8:45 explained their services in detail and was able to find the leak , solve the issue , fix and repair and I couldn’t have been happier w the service. By the next day our plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. And our vanity was professionally installed less than 3 hours later. Daniel was thorough, friendly, and talked to me throughout the process. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old pedestal sink and boxes. I had to fix a pipe under my bathroom sink as my insurance company said the pipe was not up to their standards. Initially I called a "friend" who is a retired GC and after he left, I noticed the pipe was now leaking and I called him immediately and he told me i had two other sinks in the house to use and he couldnt come back until Monday. Needless to say, I will never use him again. I called Copperhead Monday morning, Daniel came in the afternoon and explained to me what was wrong (the first guy used a wrong adapter!) and he also broke a part in the back) Daniel fixed everything and was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend Copperhead to anyone who needs an experienced and qualified plumber.

I am so lucky to have found Copperhead through a referral on a Facebook page. I connected with Cassie via messenger who told me she could have somebody out to the house today to look at the issue. In less than 15 minutes, I was told that Daniel would be at my house between 1-4pm and I would receive a call with the 30 minute window. I received the heads up call from Daniel and he was at my house within 15 minutes. It then took Daniel less than 30 minutes to fix the issue and he was done! It’s always so hard to find a plumber but with Daniel & Cassie’s professionalism, they have a new client! Our community has a great referral system in place but no one could refer a plumber! Daniel came out EARLY and PROMPTLY to assess our issues with our dishwasher. We didn’t even know if it worked!
