We've used Copperhead a couple of times now and they've been great every time. We first found them when we had to replace the old cast iron plumbing under our house. Josh and his team did an awesome job, they got everything swapped out and replaced in just a few days. Most recently, we had a gas leak in the hose connected to our stove. Dakota came out and got it all fixed up quickly. Super helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Everyone we've dealt with has been great, and their front office staff is super friendly too.

There's an adage that says, "Finding a good plumber is hard." This wasn't my experience with Copperhead Plumbing LLC. When Josh arrived, I was surprised with how conscientious he was as it pertains to respecting my home. He made sure to put on shoe covers prior to entering. Furthermore, he fixed the issue with my kitchen sink and afterwards, he didn't charge me more than what was reasonable, whereas other companies would've attempted to. Update: 5/21/25 Though I couldn't use Andrew H.'s services because I found a great offer that I couldn't pass up, I can say he is professional and he waited for someone to come open my home for him. No one was home, there were medical appointments that needed to be attended. Despite that, Andrew waited and remained respectful. Most people would've left. He provided great customer service.

I’ve used them a few times now and I have nothing but great things to say. Nick and Josh both do great work and they have the proper knowledge to get it done with ease. Their communication is top notch as well which helps make the entire process a lot easier. No matter it be commercial to residential, I highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing!

Definitely recommend this company, don’t contact anyone else! Josh came out quickly to repair an emergency break in our main water line. He did tell us why it happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future, great communication, timely and thorough in his work. Not to mention his pricing was fair! I’ll be calling copperhead plumbing again for all my plumbing needs.

I called your company they came out within 30 minutes at 5pm I had a water main leak and it took 1hr 40min and it was fixed. Called Copperhead, spoke with Cassie...very professional 👏 I used to work for ART Plumbing AC & Electrical, but my own old employer said they'd call me back but never heard from them 😳 Decided to give these guys a try, very glad I did. Plumbing issues are NEVER low cost unfortunately, especially good service (which is hard to find) is worth the money. Price was reasonable, technician "Josh" was superb! I personally don't write many reviews, but I must say excellent job Copperhead!! I also asked for a specific time for arrival...would you believe they showed up, almost the exact time??? A dream of an experience! It's hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, he's a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday. He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools. He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didn't know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system. If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didn't have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless! Thank you Josh and Copperhead!!!

I had a worn shut off valve to my toilet and the plumbing inside the tank needed a rebuild also. I called Copperhead Plumbing around 10am with the hope that they serviced residential customers. Spoke with Nick and to my surprise he said I can have someone there today between 2-3pm. I wasn’t expecting that and I was definitely surprised. I said great let’s set it up. Josh arrived at my house around 2:20pm in a company van with the company logo (Copperhead Plumbing). He was extremely professional and quickly determined what the problem was. He provided me with a fair quote that I excepted. Within 45-60min Josh had fixed the problem with what I estimate to be better parts than I originally had. Josh work was very neat and clean and there was no mess left behind. The job area was perfectly clean when he finished. During that 45-60min Josh and I discussed future home projects. I’m very sure I’m going to make Copperhead Plumbing my plumber on speed dial for future service.
