40 year old bathroom sink supply valves needed replacement to replace the faucet. Called 4 plumbers near me. 3 put me on elevator music, Copperhead (Cathy) answered my call and got the job. A few hours later, James arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave me a fair and complete price to replace the supply valves and faucet. Two hours later the job was complete and the worksite was spotless. James is very knowledgeable and competent in his trade and enjoys his work. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Copperhead Plumbing is on my contact list, it's good to Be Prepared (James understands)

My Company needed some new waterlines run since our offices are downsizing. Called Copperhead and they got us scheduled right away. The Plumber they sent was James. Great Guy & a Great Plumber. He did the job just how we wanted it, and cleaned up completely after all the work was completed. I'm very happy with everything they/he did and would recommend James and Copperhead Plumbing. I was happy to get a same day appointment. They were very communicative, letting me know when they were delayed at another job, and calling 30 minutes before arrival. Nick was very professional, explaining what would be done and providing before and after photos. Cleanliness was a perk too, wearing booties when he entered my house and vacuuming up any dust/ dirt. Highly recommend!
