A dream of an experience! It's hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, he's a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday. He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools. He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didn't know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system. If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didn't have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless!
