Copperhead rescued me from incompetent gas plumbers and solved my gas line problem with ease. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Big shout out to Melissa in the office. She listened carefully and sympathetically to my problem and assured me it could be fixed. It was - flawlessly. Great experience all around.

Justin is awesome!!! He came out to my new house because the hot water wasn’t working. Of course as soon as he got there, it started working. As a courtesy, he wanted to show me where my main water valve was in case I needed all water shut off. We closed the valve, but a good amount of water was still flowing. I decided to have him replace the main valve. To make things more complicated, the city valve wasn’t working either. So he had to cut the pipe with water flowing through it and replace the main valve. Within an hour, we went from me wasting money on a service call to me having the peace of mind knowing that if we have an issue inside, I can shut the water off in a flash. This dude is awesome. And he was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable throughout. He’s an asset to your business. Thank you Justin!!!

The water department contacted us and stated our meter was leaking and we were responsible for repairing it. Andrew came right out and examined the situation. He found the neighbors meter was the one leaking not our meter. He waited patiently for the water department to return. He showed them the mis diagnosed which meter was leaking. The water department agreed with Andrew. This saved us a costly repair. Highly recommend.

WOW finally I found a plumber that was honest and did a fantastic job.i found this company on the internet i like the reviews (I really don’t trust them ) however i hit the jackpot.Dakota came approximately 50 minutes after I call the office .two hours later problem solved. Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything. I would recommend Copperhead Plumbing without hesitation.
