This is our first time using Copperhead Plumbing. While we may not have ended up completing the job at the time of the initial visit, we’d still like to share our thoughts/insights. We opted for this company vs. others, primarily due to their overall Google ratings/positive reviews (4.9/5). We recently discovered a leak in the bottom of our garbage disposal under our kitchen sink and needed an urgent estimate for either repairing/replacing. Everyone we dealt with were very courteous and professional. Spoke with Cassie on the phone, who was very polite and empathetic to our situation. She immediately scheduled an appointment for us with one of their techs for the next morning. The technician, Justin, reached out approximately 30-mins. prior to arrival and took his time in explaining in detail, all our possible options/cost…all of which were emailed to us for review. End result, we’re delaying the plumbing repairs…short-term…as we first explore the option of replacing our stainless steel double sinks with a large single. Only ended up paying for their in-home inspection visit, which was far more reasonable than other companies we had reached out to. Another plus, should we decide to move forward with Copperhead Plumbing, our initial consult fee would be applied toward the cost.

I recently had my first experience with Copperhead Plumbing, and I could not have been more pleased. I had an urgent matter over a holiday weekend, and they responded quickly. From the moment we got in touch, they were reliable, honest, and professional. Cassie and Melissa were both friendly, knowledgeable, and they set up the service appointments in no time. Now let me tell you about Raphael, the plumber who did the work. He was amazing! He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and how he would go about it. I received excellent service from Copperhead Plumbing from the initial call to the same day repair of my garbage disposal which broke on Christmas evening. Cassie answered early the day after Christmas and was friendly and helpful. She told me that we could have same day service. Within a few hours, James came out and fixed our garbage disposal quickly and professionally. He even gave me some cleaning tips! Great service all around. Highly recommend! It’s always good to have a plumber you can rely on and this will Be my go to!

Third time, still a charm! Had to call my friends at Copperhead again to bail me out. This time a broken pump on the water pump from the well. We were 100% down. Cassie in dispatch worked a miracle and freed up a plumber for me who arrived inside of 30 minutes. Rafael arrived, super polite, incredibly helpful, and hit to work on getting us back on line. Not only was he incredibly personable and a lot fun to get to know, he did an amazing job, worked clean and fast, and made everything look exceptional before he left- which wasn’t until after 9pm. Truly can’t say enough about Copperhead. I’ve needed them three times, and every time they’ve been exceptional. Thanks again

I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. From first touchpoint on the phones to service at home, Copperhead Plumbing is first-class. Thank you Kyle and Copperhead Plumbing!

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! We could hear a leak inside the wall of our bathroom and in a panic I called Copperhead. Within seconds, Cassie, who took my call, put my mind at ease and assured me that they have all the tech/tools to locate and fix the issue. She dispatched a team member almost instantly and James was knocking at my door within the hour. James is clearly an expert in his field and knew exactly what he needed to do - 1. Locate the leak (without blind holes in the walls all over) with sonar technology 2. Clearly explain what was require along with an explanation of all costs upfront 3. Repair the leak with quality parts. James surpassed my expectations with the knowledge and care he took with our job. Copperhead Plumbing now has a customer for life! THANK YOU!|

We had a plumbing leak at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I googled local plumbers and Copperhead Plumbing came up first with a 5 star rating. They had a plumber ( Dakota) who was here in 30 minutes and addressed our issue. Cassie in the office was professional and polite and walked me through the process. I could not be more satisfied with the overall experience of this company. I will reccomend them to all my friends!!

I am so lucky to have found Copperhead through a referral on a Facebook page. I connected with Cassie via messenger who told me she could have somebody out to the house today to look at the issue. In less than 15 minutes, I was told that Daniel would be at my house between 1-4pm and I would receive a call with the 30 minute window. I received the heads up call from Daniel and he was at my house within 15 minutes. It then took Daniel less than 30 minutes to fix the issue and he was done! It’s always so hard to find a plumber but with Daniel & Cassie’s professionalism, they have a new client! Our community has a great referral system in place but no one could refer a plumber! Now my neighbors have somebody to call! Thank you Copperhead!!

Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything. I would recommend Copperhead Plumbing without hesitation.

Called Copperhead, spoke with Cassie...very professional 👏 I used to work for ART Plumbing AC & Electrical, but my own old employer said they'd call me back but never heard from them 😳 Decided to give these guys a try, very glad I did. Plumbing issues are NEVER low cost unfortunately, especially good service (which is hard to find) is worth the money. Price was reasonable, technician "Josh" was superb! I personally don't write many reviews, but I must say excellent job Copperhead!! I also asked for a specific time for arrival...would you believe they showed up, almost the exact time??? Wow 🙌 In this today's world of poor service, high prices, and no guarantees... I personally recommend Copperhead for your Plumbing needs 💯 Thank you 😊 🙏 Steve Fenner-
