They arrived prepared, wore booties to keep everything clean, and treated our home with great respect. What really stood out was their communication—they walked us through every step of the process, clearly explaining what needed to be done, along with the cost and time estimate. From start to finish, this company was awesome. Kathy called shortly after my Google inquiry, and in 5 minutes an appointment was set. Dakota came out, was professional, warm and a pleasure to have. The company texted a photo of Dakota, and the time frame in which he would get here. Dakota also called directly to let me know how far he was, and the text had included a link to track where he was on his way. He took great care with everything, gave an estimate and sent to me, and got to work right away after I agreed. I work from home and he also took care to try not to be too noisy. He removed the old toilet, cleaned the area, replaced some broken parts, and installed the new toilet. He was awesome start to finish and done in under 3 hours. Highly recommend both the company and Dakota personally. Will use again if needed!!

I had James Ely come by within 2 hours of calling and asking for someone to come out same day. Had a leak on the water meter and James got everything fixed by the end of the day. Also stopped to show me the piece causing the leak after replacing it.

They made this a relatively seamless process. I got on the phone with them late last week to have them come over on a Wednesday morning when I was free, and they got my toilet clog fixed in the span of no more than an hour. Definitely less if we take out the diagnosing. They were a bit expensive but I knew I was going to have to reconcile with that regardless. The guy they sent out, Raphael, was really helpful and presented me all the options they had to ensure a clog wouldn’t happen again.

I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. From first touchpoint on the phones to service at home, Copperhead Plumbing is first-class. Thank you Kyle and Copperhead Plumbing!

I can’t express how grateful and impressed I was /am with Copperhead Plumbing. Called on a Sunday to see if I could get someone to come Monday for a leak outside the home that had my water continuously running. Customer service answered my call and scheduled Daniel with a window of 8-12pm Monday. Got a text at 8am that he would arrive by 9! Showed up at 8:45 explained their services in detail and was able to find the leak , solve the issue , fix and repair and I couldn’t have been happier w the service. I am so lucky to have found Copperhead through a referral on a Facebook page. I connected with Cassie via messenger who told me she could have somebody out to the house today to look at the issue. In less than 15 minutes, I was told that Daniel would be at my house between 1-4pm and I would receive a call with the 30 minute window. I received the heads up call from Daniel and he was at my house within 15 minutes. It then took Daniel less than 30 minutes to fix the issue and he was done! It’s always so hard to find a plumber but with Daniel & Cassie’s professionalism, they have a new client! Our community has a great referral system in place but no one could refer a plumber! Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything.
