Copperhead was quick to respond and had an employee sent out. Agustin arrived at the very beginning of the time window that was promised. He was fast to assess the issue, give an upfront explanation on cost/next steps (including reasons for possible delays), and complete in a reasonable time frame. He was calm and approachable as he gave different explanations about what he was doing and other key facts about my homes plumbing.

They came out as soon as possible. They were compassionate and respectful from the first call to the end. James was wonderful and thorough in his diagnosis . He did a wonderful job keeping us up to date with the process. The cost was very fair with the amount of work he had to do.

Called Copperhead Plumbing concerning a gas leak. They responded very quickly. Andrew was excellent. He explained very clearly what needed to be done and the steps involved to find and fix the gas leak. He was also very upfront about the costs involved. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company and highly recommend them.

Absolutely some of the fastest and cleanest crews around. We had a 30 foot stoppage from Grease over in one of our condos. They were able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved the very next day super nice guys Christian values and above all far from price gouger the owner And his tech Dakota were awesome guys to work with. Today, Daniel Moesly came to take care of my mom’s plumbing issues outside and in the house. He was patient and calm while helping us understand what was going on. He was also transparent when telling us what he had to do with the pipes. He was upfront about cost which was very comforting in the process. He left everything clean and made sure we were okay before he left. We appreciate the service and will definitely be calling if we need help with anything else! Thank you!

We used copperhead to install our summer kitchen. Our technician was amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and did a great job. We were very happy with the work. I am knocking the rating down to 3 stars because the pricing was a shocker. Their prices are EXTREMELY high and they will not give an estimate over the phone. It seems like they have flat rates so I’m not sure why they do not give rough estimates over the phone.

Copperhead Plumbing is incredible. One of their technicians, his name is James, came out to our house which was having some serious septic and plumbing issues. I was saying to myself that hopefully the bill would not be over 1k and the project would not take more than 6-7 hours. James is incredible. He dives into the septic and plumbing issues and knocks it all out under two hours for an amount of money that was an absolute fraction of what I thought it would be. These guys come in and fix the issue immediately and are incredibly honest and transparent when it comes the cost of the work at hand...I can say right now that this company rocks and make them your #1 company to call for any plumbing issues you might have!!

There's an adage that says, "Finding a good plumber is hard." This wasn't my experience with Copperhead Plumbing LLC. When Josh arrived, I was surprised with how conscientious he was as it pertains to respecting my home. He made sure to put on shoe covers prior to entering. Furthermore, he fixed the issue with my kitchen sink and afterwards, he didn't charge me more than what was reasonable, whereas other companies would've attempted to. Update: 5/21/25 Though I couldn't use Andrew H.'s services because I found a great offer that I couldn't pass up, I can say he is professional and he waited for someone to come open my home for him. No one was home, there were medical appointments that needed to be attended. Despite that, Andrew waited and remained respectful. Most people would've left. He provided great customer service.

The Five Star reviews are not exaggerating. We came across an issue late in the evening; we called their main phone number and was immediately connected to a professional administrator. She confirmed our issue, and stated that she would aim to have a plumber dispatched between 9AM - Noon the following day. The next morning, we received an updated phone call from Admin, confirming that they will be sending a plumber out by between 8AM - 9AM. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, the plumber, Andrew H., reached out and stated that he was en route. The assessment of the issue was efficient, the quote was upfront and clear, accounting for time, labor, and equipment. Andrew came prepared! He already had the main piece that needed to be replaced in the company vehicle. An unexpected challenge arose, and the updated quote was fair and clear. The work was completed in 2 hours, and everything was tested to ensure it was in working order. Andrew was professional, polite, and informative. He cleaned up after the work was done, and I have a functioning kitchen again! It felt unusual to not run into ANY challenges with a technician out addressing such a delicate issue. You won't go wrong with them. We certainly didn't.

Copperhead sent Dakota out to resolve several plumbing problems we had, including a leaking toilet valve and 3 sinks with multiple older valves that were in bad shape. He also gave us good recommendations for improvements going forward. Bottom line, he fixed all issues, and at a fair price. His work was exemplary and he left all rooms as clean as he found them. Highly recommended!

Nick at Copperhead Plumbing is one of the most reliable, professional, and dedicated professionals I have ever met. I called Nick due to an emergency at one of my properties. As you can imagine, a plumbing emergency is NEVER a good thing. Nick took the call and was on site within an hour. He fixed the problem quickly, and left the property cleaner then it was when he arrived. More than that, he charged me a fair rate and didn't try to upsell me or make me feel robbed. Nick has character and integrity. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a plumbing company give Copperhead Plumbing a call. You will not find a more reliable, professional, and reasonable person out there. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
