Excellent work. Very professional repair and replacement of under kitchen sink cracked and broken drain pipe branch fitting. Got all new pipes custom fitted and tested out . Pleasant service tech. I would recommend this service plumbing company. I plan to use them to replace an old toilet in my home in the near future.

I got a call from a realtor who was showing the condo directly underneath me that there was water leaking down into their kitchen and I panicked and rushed home and on the way I requested an evaluation of my hot water heater from Copperhead plumbing and it was definitely an emergency situation. James showed up at my door so fast and actually surprised me. He then got right to work and diagnosed the problem and then was joined by his coworker Daniel and they were prompt and courteous and removed on replaced my hot water heater in record time The neighbor who owns the condo below me, but was not living in at the time called me and when I told her it was already fixed she couldn't believe how fast I got my hot water heater replaced and my water was turned back on And what was panic was turned to relief these guys are great recommend things everyone

We reached out to Cooperhead Plumbing as an urgent service call. We started experiencing toilets, shower, tub backing up. My service time was scheduled for 1:30pm but by the time I reached home Kyle was there waiting and he had already did some investigating. He stated that our issue was with the City of Coral Springs and that they would need to come out and drain the sewage. He came inside took a look at the bathroom & placed a call to the City which stated it would take an hour before someone could come out. Kyle wasn't able to wait but he did make a follow-up call to insure that the issue was being addressed. Kyle was very professional, friendly and was spot on with exactly what he stated the issue was. If you ever run into a situation and you need a plumber, I would highly recommend giving Cooperhead Plumbing a call and ask for Kyle!!!

We've used Copperhead a couple of times now and they've been great every time. We first found them when we had to replace the old cast iron plumbing under our house. Josh and his team did an awesome job, they got everything swapped out and replaced in just a few days. Most recently, we had a gas leak in the hose connected to our stove. Dakota came out and got it all fixed up quickly. Super helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Everyone we've dealt with has been great, and their front office staff is super friendly too.

I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. From first touchpoint on the phones to service at home, Copperhead Plumbing is first-class. Thank you Kyle and Copperhead Plumbing!

I can’t say enough about the outstanding professional work of Kyle at Copperhead Plumbing. He recently installed a tankless water heater in our home and handled every aspect with the utmost professionalism. Kyle went out of his way to make sure we fully understood how to operate the system and took great care to clean up the entire work area when the installation was complete. What impressed me most was his dedication. He stayed late to ensure everything was working properly, and when a small glitch arose, he came in early the next morning to resolve it. I can’t say enough about Copperhead Plumbing. From start to finish it was a great experience. The lady who answered my call was very professional and pleasant. I told her my issue. She said she would get someone out as soon as possible. Only 2 hours later James arrived! Now that's customer service. I’m someone who hates having people come into the house…..you just never know. James was super professional while also having a great personality. He explained everything clearly and had it fixed in no time. Not sure if I can request certain plumbers when I have another issue but I’m going to try. Thank you!

We used Copperhead Plumbing for a toilet repair and their representative Kyle did a thorough analysis of our problem and quickly diagnosed the issue, We had to replace the toilet and suggestions were made according to our requests. He returned early the next day and installed a Kohler highline toilet with all new lines & fittings and left the bathroom in perfect condition. We reviewed the costs up front and although a bit higher than I expected he spent many hours to ensure that we were happy with the final job so we would recommend Copperhead Plumbing for quick & reliable service.

Self diagnosed that there was a problem with my hot water heater…. Daniel came out and looked at everything, thought it was probably my AC that needed attention. Hot water heater is fine. (In a condo - the AC is above the water heater in a closet in hallway. ) So honest I am thrilled that I found them online. There is a reason that Copperhead has all those five star reviews. I contacted Copperhead Plumbing because of their reviews. I got a call from the office letting me know that James would be arriving between 8am and 9am.James arrived 8am. My drain in the kitchen was clogged. He gave me the best option that would take care of the problem and made suggestions to keep my drain clear from causing this problem again. James rolled out the Red Carpet. I 've never been more happy to pay a plumber for a job well done than James. You will not be disappointed.

The water department contacted us and stated our meter was leaking and we were responsible for repairing it. Andrew came right out and examined the situation. He found the neighbors meter was the one leaking not our meter. He waited patiently for the water department to return. He showed them the mis diagnosed which meter was leaking. The water department agreed with Andrew. This saved us a costly repair. Highly recommend.
