Had a tub spout replaced. 40 dollar part. 440 bill took 15 minutes maybe. Shame on them.

Our pricing includes the service call, travel time, professional installation, proper tools, and ensuring the job is done safely and correctly the first time. We also stand behind our work, which is something you don’t get with just purchasing a part alone.
That said, we never want a customer to feel caught off guard. We did give multiple quotes, transparent pricing upfront, and we’re always happy to answer questions before any work is done.
