From start to finish, this company was awesome. Kathy called shortly after my Google inquiry, and in 5 minutes an appointment was set. Dakota came out, was professional, warm and a pleasure to have. The company texted a photo of Dakota, and the time frame in which he would get here. Dakota also called directly to let me know how far he was, and the text had included a link to track where he was on his way. He took great care with everything, gave an estimate and sent to me, and got to work right away after I agreed. I work from home and he also took care to try not to be too noisy. He removed the old toilet, cleaned the area, replaced some broken parts, and installed the new toilet. He was awesome start to finish and done in under 3 hours. Highly recommend both the company and Dakota personally. Will use again if needed!!

I had a leak caused by a contractor, and Andrew from Copper Head Plumbing came out at the last minute to assess the situation. He quickly helped identify the initial source of the problem and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment. Dakota came out today and was truly amazing to work with. He was very professional, clearly explained the issue, and was able to resolve it efficiently. Huge thanks to both Andrew and Dakota for their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality work. We live in a new construction home with a Smith water heater that was under a 6-year warranty, but unfortunately after just one year our builder stopped covering service. Then, only two years in, our water heater began leaking badly and we needed help fast. Another plumbing company we contacted wasn’t able to assist, but they highly recommended Copperhead—and we’re so grateful they did. From the very beginning, Copperhead was responsive and professional. Dakota arrived exactly on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. Copperhead pluming is excellent. Had a technician named Dakota. Young man was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Treated my home like it was his.Gladly answered all of my questions completely. I needed one of my toilets replaced. Normally it would take the following day to get it to my house and installed but because my wife is very ill in bed and the toilet is off of the bedroom he called his company and had someone bring it out and installed it right away to be convenient for my wife. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We've used Copperhead a couple of times now and they've been great every time. We first found them when we had to replace the old cast iron plumbing under our house. Josh and his team did an awesome job, they got everything swapped out and replaced in just a few days. Most recently, we had a gas leak in the hose connected to our stove. Dakota came out and got it all fixed up quickly. Super helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Everyone we've dealt with has been great, and their front office staff is super friendly too.

I recently called Copperhead Plumbing when my kitchen sink started draining painfully slow. From the moment Dakota and Nick arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. After assessing the issue, they used a hydrojet to clear out what turned out to be years of built-up gunk in the pipes. The difference was immediate and impressive- the sink drains like new! I was in need of a new shower valve and I contacted copperhead plumbing. I called them at around 10am and they responded in about 2hrs and I am very pleased with their response time. Dakota arrived and greeted me and was very understanding of my issue. He was very helpful and personable and even described the steps of replacement so I have an understanding. Dakota was very precise with his cuts and kept his work area very clean. After the installation was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up any dirt left behind. I was very satisfied with the installation and I will definitely contact copperhead plumbing and ask for Dakota. I am also a return customer and had a clogged drain the first time and the owner came out to help and it’s very nice to see a good company grow. I couldn’t believe how quickly Copperhead got out to our home when I called regarding a leaking pipe that was flooding our kitchen. Not only were they there to assess quickly, but they were able to stay and complete the repairs on the same day (this was several hours worth of work). Dakota was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He did great work and cleaned up when he was finished (probably cleaner than when he started!).

Copperhead was recommended to me in a Veteran Group on Facebook, by someone i know, and trust. I called them on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out to me the same day. I elected to wait till Friday morning and they obliged. The plumber (Dakota) showed up on time, explained everything I needed and what was optional, gave me 2-3 options for everything. His work was detailed, and efficient. The cost was average with the other quotes I received, I chose Copperhead based on the professionalism and timeliness.

Had a issue with water backing up in the system and called Copperhead Plumbing to come out for the repair. The timing was on point with a 25 minute arrival time after making the phone call. Our Technician Dakota Shelton, cleared the line and camera scoped it within a hour and informed us of what the issue was with resolve. Mr Shelton did outstanding work within a timely and professional manner and 10 out of 10 will call Copperhead Plumbing with all plumbing needs.
