I called Copperhead Plumbing yesterday and was given the window of 11-2 today. Raphael Morganelli called me shortly after 11 and showed up on time. His expertise is bar-none. I had an excellent experience with Raphael Morganelli from Copperhead Plumbing. From start to finish, his service was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess everything before getting started. He successfully unclogged my shower and also checked my water heater to make sure everything was functioning properly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. he didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure everything was running smoothly and explained what he was doing along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also reliable and respectful of your home. Raphael went above and beyond, and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. Raphael came on Friday to troubleshoot out well pump/pressure tank. Multiple issues were going on. He tried a lot of different strategies to pinpoint the problem… or rather problems and gave us ideas and choices. In the end we decided to replace all the plumbing, including the well pump and pressure tank. Today Raphael came back with all the supplies, dug out everything, put in the new base (cut it to size), packed down all the dirt tightly, reconfigured everything so we had less 90 degree turns, and added a new brass valve with a lever (my preference as they are easier on your hands). He stayed and adjusted everything, checked the pressure in all outlets and watched that it was all adjusted and balanced perfectly. He didn’t leave till after 6p when he knew it was all running perfectly and all our concerns were addressed. Thank you Raphael and Nick!

They made this a relatively seamless process. I got on the phone with them late last week to have them come over on a Wednesday morning when I was free, and they got my toilet clog fixed in the span of no more than an hour. Definitely less if we take out the diagnosing. They were a bit expensive but I knew I was going to have to reconcile with that regardless. The guy they sent out, Raphael, was really helpful and presented me all the options they had to ensure a clog wouldn’t happen again.

Raphael texted me five minutes after my call. Ten minutes later he was at my home. Within a couple of minutes he had diagnosed the problem and given me the quote. Within an hour he had rebuilt my water heater and cleaned everything around it! Fabulous service and price! I highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing.
