When he said he was going to move to Copperhead Plumbing, that told us all we needed to know. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of their work lets you rest in the knowledge that the job will be done right the first time. Anyone you communicate with there's totally professional and friendly at the same time, and they do what they say they’re going to do. A rare quality today. I recommend them on an unqualified basis. Outstanding work! The technician Daniel did an excellent job installing my whole-house water filtration system. He was very knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy, and very nice throughout the entire process. He used all copper for the installation, and the workmanship was impeccable! Everything was done carefully and professionally, and he took the time to walk me through the system, the installation process, and how everything would be done. The price was also very good compared to other companies I got quotes from. I highly recommend him!

This is our first time using Copperhead Plumbing. While we may not have ended up completing the job at the time of the initial visit, we’d still like to share our thoughts/insights. We opted for this company vs. others, primarily due to their overall Google ratings/positive reviews (4.9/5). We recently discovered a leak in the bottom of our garbage disposal under our kitchen sink and needed an urgent estimate for either repairing/replacing. Everyone we dealt with were very courteous and professional. Spoke with Cassie on the phone, who was very polite and empathetic to our situation. She immediately scheduled an appointment for us with one of their techs for the next morning. The technician, Justin, reached out approximately 30-mins. prior to arrival and took his time in explaining in detail, all our possible options/cost…all of which were emailed to us for review. End result, we’re delaying the plumbing repairs…short-term…as we first explore the option of replacing our stainless steel double sinks with a large single. Only ended up paying for their in-home inspection visit, which was far more reasonable than other companies we had reached out to. Another plus, should we decide to move forward with Copperhead Plumbing, our initial consult fee would be applied toward the cost.

They made this a relatively seamless process. I got on the phone with them late last week to have them come over on a Wednesday morning when I was free, and they got my toilet clog fixed in the span of no more than an hour. Definitely less if we take out the diagnosing. They were a bit expensive but I knew I was going to have to reconcile with that regardless. The guy they sent out, Raphael, was really helpful and presented me all the options they had to ensure a clog wouldn’t happen again.

Raphael texted me five minutes after my call. Ten minutes later he was at my home. Within a couple of minutes he had diagnosed the problem and given me the quote. Within an hour he had rebuilt my water heater and cleaned everything around it! Fabulous service and price! I highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing.

We used Copperhead Plumbing for a toilet repair and their representative Kyle did a thorough analysis of our problem and quickly diagnosed the issue, We had to replace the toilet and suggestions were made according to our requests. He returned early the next day and installed a Kohler highline toilet with all new lines & fittings and left the bathroom in perfect condition. We reviewed the costs up front and although a bit higher than I expected he spent many hours to ensure that we were happy with the final job so we would recommend Copperhead Plumbing for quick & reliable service.

Nick and Jossen were amazing when it came to diagnosing and addressing the leak that came from our tub in the second floor to the main floor. They were quick to fix it , had absolutely all the tools and materials needed at the moment (so no one needed to come back) and they left the place nice and clean. If you need a solid plumber, look no further. Copperhead Plumbing and James are fantastic. I needed a new wax seal for my spare bathroom toilet because the previous contractor used the wrong size seal and didn't caulk around the edges. Yesterday, I was given a quote by a well-known company (name withheld), and decided not to move forward based on the poor negotiations I had with their tech. The whole interaction was a bit smarmy, so I let him go. James from Copperhead showed up this afternoon. He was dressed neatly, well groomed, excellent manners, and just an all-around lovely, young man. Copperhead, you should be proud of James. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. I really appreciated his communication because so many construction/HVAC/plumbing techs could care less if the customer understands what they are doing -- they just want the money. When someone like James takes the time to explain everything while he's working, it gives the consumer (me) confidence in the work being done in the home. Let's face it, plumbing issues or issues of any kind inside an older home can be disastrous, stressful, and expensive. Copperhead sent me a 5-star tech, and I couldn't be happier. Yes, Copperhead's prices are slightly higher than independent contractors and other big plumbing companies that are sourced for insurance companies, however, you get what you pay for with Copperhead. Excellent job, James. Excellent hire, Copperhead.

Found Copperhead Plumbing through searching on Facebook. Cassie(sp?) got us booked for same day afternoon and Dakota was able to come even sooner. He was there within an hour of calling! He was super helpful, friendly and got the job done quickly. The price was reasonable. Hopefully we won't need them again but highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed!

I have to call a plumber every two months to the tune of $500each time. Nick actually found the exact problem and we’re going to fix it so we don’t have to constantly be needing a rescue clean out. Do not look any further. This is the plumber you want!

Nick came within 1 hour (on a Saturday, mind you) and fixed the problem. He was nice and very knowledgeable! The best part was that this company doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Broke the valve for my house (at first). Then I realized that I broke the pipe that was sticking out of the wall as well! I was able to call and get it fixed within a couple hours. The hole that had to be put into the wall was minimal and will be easy enough to get patched. The pricing was incredibly reasonable and I feel completely confident that I will be using Copperhead Plumbing again. (Old House. Old Plumbing lol) Thank you for all of your help today!!!!
