Andrew Hoines installed a new water heater and kitchen faucet for me, and also fixed my toilet that was constantly running. He was very polite and professional; he explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Andrew also made sure his work area was cleaned up before he left. He was not only courteous and professional, but did an excellent job in my home! I have had experience with James on multiple occasions he has changed out and replaced a number of different fixtures in my home. All of the work was excellent And I would recommend both copperhead and James to anyone who needs a good plumber in the Boca Raton area. They are very efficient and have good customer service! James, who personally did the work was very personable and courteous. I would consider this company and their representative to be very professional.
