Self diagnosed that there was a problem with my hot water heater…. Daniel came out and looked at everything, thought it was probably my AC that needed attention. Hot water heater is fine. (In a condo - the AC is above the water heater in a closet in hallway. ) So honest I am thrilled that I found them online. There is a reason that Copperhead has all those five star reviews. Oh, big shoutout to Melissa who made the appt - so patient with my long story, so nice. Thanks so much.

I contacted Copperhead Plumbing because of their reviews. I got a call from the office letting me know that James would be arriving between 8am and 9am.James arrived 8am. My drain in the kitchen was clogged. He gave me the best option that would take care of the problem and made suggestions to keep my drain clear from causing this problem again. James rolled out the Red Carpet. I 've never been more happy to pay a plumber for a job well done than James. You will not be disappointed.

The water department contacted us and stated our meter was leaking and we were responsible for repairing it. Andrew came right out and examined the situation. He found the neighbors meter was the one leaking not our meter. He waited patiently for the water department to return. He showed them the mis diagnosed which meter was leaking. The water department agreed with Andrew. This saved us a costly repair. Highly recommend.

Copperhead Plumbing is courteous, prompt, communicative, and follows through. Kyle, came up with several options (without pressure), took step by step photos, explained exactly what he was doing. Kyle gave a follow up phone call to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was functioning as it should. I can see why this company gets the ratings that it does and I've added them to my list of reliable contractors. Very satisfied customer.

Strongly recommend against using this firm. I was a mechanic (plumber) in the nuclear Navy. I built over 20 high end homes when I lived in Boston. So I know what it takes to remove a toilet and seal it...about an hour or less. Copperhead showed up and said the charge would be $425.00. I paid them their $80 service fee and asked them to leave. RIP OFF !!

I had previously used Copperhead for a shower valve repair with good results. About 3 months later the valve started leaking due to a faulty part. They responded promptly, dispatched an experienced plumber shortly, and he found the faulty part. A short trip to get a new valve and a couple hours later i was back in business. All covered under warranty and it all shows a commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend Copperhead for any plumbing issues.

Absolutely some of the fastest and cleanest crews around. We had a 30 foot stoppage from Grease over in one of our condos. They were able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved the very next day super nice guys Christian values and above all far from price gouger the owner And his tech Dakota were awesome guys to work with. I recently called Copperhead Plumbing when my kitchen sink started draining painfully slow. From the moment Dakota and Nick arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. After assessing the issue, they used a hydrojet to clear out what turned out to be years of built-up gunk in the pipes. The difference was immediate and impressive- the sink drains like new! Excellent service from start to finish. Dakota and Nick went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 highly recommend Copperhead plumbing to anyone in need of a reliable, top-quality plumbing service.

Nick and Jossen were amazing when it came to diagnosing and addressing the leak that came from our tub in the second floor to the main floor. They were quick to fix it , had absolutely all the tools and materials needed at the moment (so no one needed to come back) and they left the place nice and clean. Their price is competitive and they provide awesome service. 100% recommended

He was also transparent when telling us what he had to do with the pipes. He was upfront about cost which was very comforting in the process.
