Raphael came on Friday to troubleshoot out well pump/pressure tank. Multiple issues were going on. He tried a lot of different strategies to pinpoint the problem… or rather problems and gave us ideas and choices. In the end we decided to replace all the plumbing, including the well pump and pressure tank. Today Raphael came back with all the supplies, dug out everything, put in the new base (cut it to size), packed down all the dirt tightly, reconfigured everything so we had less 90 degree turns, and added a new brass valve with a lever (my preference as they are easier on your hands). He stayed and adjusted everything, checked the pressure in all outlets and watched that it was all adjusted and balanced perfectly. He didn’t leave till after 6p when he knew it was all running perfectly and all our concerns were addressed. Thank you Raphael and Nick!

After my son flushed a folded credit card down the toilet, Dominic came out. We thought the issue was fixed but the next day it was poorly flushing again. The next day Nick came out and took the toilet off, augered again and we found nothing but the toilet still wasn’t flushing well. He called out James who brought a camera and we found the folded card stuck in a tight corner. After some maneuvering with the auger, toilet paper, and the camera, they got the card out and sealed everything back up. It was quite a task but they all did such a great job making sure the issue was completely resolved. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you guys!

Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. I found Copperhead Plumbing on line when my refrigerator leaked flooding my kitchen. My initial call was answered by Nick who told me he would send someone to me within 30-45 minutes.. Within minutes I received a call from Justin advising me that he was on his way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Justin and Copperhead Plumbing. I have called them at 8 p.m. and my call was answered not by a machine, but by Nick. Since my initial contact with them I had an appliance service company come to my home to fix my refrigerator. They reconnected the water line to the refrigerator and once again I had water everywhere. Nick answered my call early this morning and was at my home to resolve the issue in a very short period of time. Nick and Justin are not only knowledgable, they are responsive to your needs when you call. It is so refreshing to hear a human voice on the other end of the line as opposed to leave your name, number and description of your issue and someone will get back to you shortly. In my opinion, they deserve a 10 star rating. I highly recommend them.

I had a worn shut off valve to my toilet and the plumbing inside the tank needed a rebuild also. I called Copperhead Plumbing around 10am with the hope that they serviced residential customers. Spoke with Nick and to my surprise he said I can have someone there today between 2-3pm. I wasn’t expecting that and I was definitely surprised. I said great let’s set it up. Josh arrived at my house around 2:20pm in a company van with the company logo (Copperhead Plumbing). He was extremely professional and quickly determined what the problem was. He provided me with a fair quote that I excepted. Within 45-60min Josh had fixed the problem with what I estimate to be better parts than I originally had. Josh work was very neat and clean and there was no mess left behind. The job area was perfectly clean when he finished. During that 45-60min Josh and I discussed future home projects. I’m very sure I’m going to make Copperhead Plumbing my plumber on speed dial for future service.

Best around! He fixed all my issues on my inspection report and was very professional. I ended up calling Nick back to run a few outside hose bibs for me.
