I had an excellent experience with Raphael Morganelli from Copperhead Plumbing. From start to finish, his service was outstanding. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to thoroughly assess everything before getting started. He successfully unclogged my shower and also checked my water heater to make sure everything was functioning properly. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and detail-oriented he was. he didn’t just fix the issue, he made sure everything was running smoothly and explained what he was doing along the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled but also reliable and respectful of your home. Raphael went above and beyond, and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. Update 3/13: I had a small issue with my toilet being loose from a prior installation, and Justin from Copperhead came out to take a look. He went above and beyond to figure out the cause and ended up replacing the flange so the toilet could be properly secured. I really appreciate the extra care to leave things in better condition than before. Great service again! I recently experienced a nightmare situation—a major sewage overflow in my apartment due to a building plumbing issue. Sewage water was flooding out of the toilet and shower, spreading through the hallway, bathroom, both bedrooms, and even into the kitchen. It was an absolute mess. Thankfully, my plumber James responded quickly and handled everything with incredible professionalism and skill. He got straight to work, pulling the toilet and investigating the source of the problem. He ran a drain machine 75 feet and retrieved a huge amount of wipes from the line. He then switched to a larger machine and went even farther—90 feet—and pulled back even more wipes. James went above and beyond. He was thorough, professional, and didn’t stop until he was sure the issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.

Have had this company come out here numerous times. Bought an older Florida home about three years ago. Nick the owner is a guy who grew up in south Florida. Which made him well versed in dealing with the rotted cast iron pipes. Rafael was detected he sent to my house. He took the extra time to see what else was going on with the camera. Very fair price and worked done well and on time

I contacted Copperhead Plumbing because of their reviews. I got a call from the office letting me know that James would be arriving between 8am and 9am.James arrived 8am. My drain in the kitchen was clogged. He gave me the best option that would take care of the problem and made suggestions to keep my drain clear from causing this problem again. James rolled out the Red Carpet. I 've never been more happy to pay a plumber for a job well done than James. You will not be disappointed.

I recently called Copperhead Plumbing when my kitchen sink started draining painfully slow. From the moment Dakota and Nick arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. After assessing the issue, they used a hydrojet to clear out what turned out to be years of built-up gunk in the pipes. The difference was immediate and impressive- the sink drains like new! The plumber who came to my home, Andrew, was fantastic - super informative, knowledgeable, professional (he even removed his shoes), and very friendly. He did a very thorough and great job. However, the prices for this company, Copperhead, are exorbitantly high. The pricing was out of line and many people in my neighborhood have told me that, as well. I was initially quoted $870 to unclog 3 bathroom sinks, but wound up paying $700 (for 3 bathroom sinks to get unclogged).

I was in need of a new shower valve and I contacted copperhead plumbing. I called them at around 10am and they responded in about 2hrs and I am very pleased with their response time. Dakota arrived and greeted me and was very understanding of my issue. He was very helpful and personable and even described the steps of replacement so I have an understanding. Dakota was very precise with his cuts and kept his work area very clean. After the installation was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up any dirt left behind. I was very satisfied with the installation and I will definitely contact copperhead plumbing and ask for Dakota. I am also a return customer and had a clogged drain the first time and the owner came out to help and it’s very nice to see a good company grow. After my son flushed a folded credit card down the toilet, Dominic came out. We thought the issue was fixed but the next day it was poorly flushing again. The next day Nick came out and took the toilet off, augered again and we found nothing but the toilet still wasn’t flushing well. He called out James who brought a camera and we found the folded card stuck in a tight corner. After some maneuvering with the auger, toilet paper, and the camera, they got the card out and sealed everything back up. It was quite a task but they all did such a great job making sure the issue was completely resolved. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you guys!
