I got a call from a realtor who was showing the condo directly underneath me that there was water leaking down into their kitchen and I panicked and rushed home and on the way I requested an evaluation of my hot water heater from Copperhead plumbing and it was definitely an emergency situation. James showed up at my door so fast and actually surprised me. He then got right to work and diagnosed the problem and then was joined by his coworker Daniel and they were prompt and courteous and removed on replaced my hot water heater in record time The neighbor who owns the condo below me, but was not living in at the time called me and when I told her it was already fixed she couldn't believe how fast I got my hot water heater replaced and my water was turned back on And what was panic was turned to relief these guys are great recommend things everyone

After waiting a week for the delivery of my new clothes washer, it arrived. Unfortunately the delivery guys were unable to install it because the connecting faucets were corroded and water could not be turned off. I called Copperhead Plumbing and they came the same morning! They were exceptionally polite and did a good job, replacing the faucets with a lever type that is easier for my arthritic hands to turn on and off. They were very neat and clean. One of my guys snapped a pipe up in the attic ( I’m an ac contractor) we were able to turn the water off after it flooded the ceiling and got the walls wet. Called copperhead they were there within 45 mins of me calling. The plumber was quick, slick and efficient. Got all the materials and made a nice repair inside the walls ( in two places) turned the water back on and everything was good to go. Great service. Reasonably priced and they did a great job. Copperhead was recommended to me in a Veteran Group on Facebook, by someone i know, and trust. I called them on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to get someone out to me the same day. I elected to wait till Friday morning and they obliged. The plumber (Dakota) showed up on time, explained everything I needed and what was optional, gave me 2-3 options for everything. A dream of an experience! It's hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, he's a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday. He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools. He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didn't know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system. If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didn't have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless! Thank you Josh and Copperhead!!!

I had a worn shut off valve to my toilet and the plumbing inside the tank needed a rebuild also. I called Copperhead Plumbing around 10am with the hope that they serviced residential customers. Spoke with Nick and to my surprise he said I can have someone there today between 2-3pm. I wasn’t expecting that and I was definitely surprised. I said great let’s set it up. Josh arrived at my house around 2:20pm in a company van with the company logo (Copperhead Plumbing). He was extremely professional and quickly determined what the problem was. He provided me with a fair quote that I excepted. Within 45-60min Josh had fixed the problem with what I estimate to be better parts than I originally had. Josh work was very neat and clean and there was no mess left behind. The job area was perfectly clean when he finished. During that 45-60min Josh and I discussed future home projects. I’m very sure I’m going to make Copperhead Plumbing my plumber on speed dial for future service.
