I was in need of a new shower valve and I contacted copperhead plumbing. I called them at around 10am and they responded in about 2hrs and I am very pleased with their response time. Dakota arrived and greeted me and was very understanding of my issue. He was very helpful and personable and even described the steps of replacement so I have an understanding. Dakota was very precise with his cuts and kept his work area very clean. After the installation was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up any dirt left behind. I was very satisfied with the installation and I will definitely contact copperhead plumbing and ask for Dakota. I am also a return customer and had a clogged drain the first time and the owner came out to help and it’s very nice to see a good company grow. Thank you copperhead plumbing for the amazing service once again !!

The Five Star reviews are not exaggerating. We came across an issue late in the evening; we called their main phone number and was immediately connected to a professional administrator. She confirmed our issue, and stated that she would aim to have a plumber dispatched between 9AM - Noon the following day. The next morning, we received an updated phone call from Admin, confirming that they will be sending a plumber out by between 8AM - 9AM. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, the plumber, Andrew H., reached out and stated that he was en route. The assessment of the issue was efficient, the quote was upfront and clear, accounting for time, labor, and equipment. Andrew came prepared! He already had the main piece that needed to be replaced in the company vehicle. An unexpected challenge arose, and the updated quote was fair and clear. The work was completed in 2 hours, and everything was tested to ensure it was in working order. Andrew was professional, polite, and informative. He cleaned up after the work was done, and I have a functioning kitchen again! It felt unusual to not run into ANY challenges with a technician out addressing such a delicate issue. You won't go wrong with them. We certainly didn't.

If you need a solid plumber, look no further. Copperhead Plumbing and James are fantastic. I needed a new wax seal for my spare bathroom toilet because the previous contractor used the wrong size seal and didn't caulk around the edges. Yesterday, I was given a quote by a well-known company (name withheld), and decided not to move forward based on the poor negotiations I had with their tech. The whole interaction was a bit smarmy, so I let him go. James from Copperhead showed up this afternoon. He was dressed neatly, well groomed, excellent manners, and just an all-around lovely, young man. Copperhead, you should be proud of James. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. I really appreciated his communication because so many construction/HVAC/plumbing techs could care less if the customer understands what they are doing -- they just want the money. When someone like James takes the time to explain everything while he's working, it gives the consumer (me) confidence in the work being done in the home. Let's face it, plumbing issues or issues of any kind inside an older home can be disastrous, stressful, and expensive. Copperhead sent me a 5-star tech, and I couldn't be happier. Yes, Copperhead's prices are slightly higher than independent contractors and other big plumbing companies that are sourced for insurance companies, however, you get what you pay for with Copperhead. Excellent job, James. Excellent hire, Copperhead.

After my son flushed a folded credit card down the toilet, Dominic came out. We thought the issue was fixed but the next day it was poorly flushing again. The next day Nick came out and took the toilet off, augered again and we found nothing but the toilet still wasn’t flushing well. He called out James who brought a camera and we found the folded card stuck in a tight corner. After some maneuvering with the auger, toilet paper, and the camera, they got the card out and sealed everything back up. It was quite a task but they all did such a great job making sure the issue was completely resolved. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you guys!

I was shopping around for quotes on a tankless water heater installation through Angie, and requested quotes from Copperhead Plumbing in addition to 2 other companies. James Ely from Copperhead contacted me and we made an appointment. Prior to his arrival, another company came and gave me an estimate that came with a “decide within 24 hours for this price” caveat. James arrived right on time yesterday morning, and talked with me in depth about what I need. I got quite an education! I decided to go with Copperhead, and my new water heater was installed same day. James was polite, tidy, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be using Copperhead for all of my future plumbing projects!

I can’t express how grateful and impressed I was /am with Copperhead Plumbing. Called on a Sunday to see if I could get someone to come Monday for a leak outside the home that had my water continuously running. Customer service answered my call and scheduled Daniel with a window of 8-12pm Monday. Got a text at 8am that he would arrive by 9! Showed up at 8:45 explained their services in detail and was able to find the leak , solve the issue , fix and repair and I couldn’t have been happier w the service. If I could give 100stars it wouldn’t be enough! Highly recommend!! Thanks Copperhead/Daniel.

WOW finally I found a plumber that was honest and did a fantastic job.i found this company on the internet i like the reviews (I really don’t trust them ) however i hit the jackpot.Dakota came approximately 50 minutes after I call the office .two hours later problem solved. After waiting a week for the delivery of my new clothes washer, it arrived. Unfortunately the delivery guys were unable to install it because the connecting faucets were corroded and water could not be turned off. I called Copperhead Plumbing and they came the same morning! They were exceptionally polite and did a good job, replacing the faucets with a lever type that is easier for my arthritic hands to turn on and off. They were very neat and clean. I will use them the next time I need a plumber.

We are so glad we found Copperhead Plumbing, thanks to a Google search and reviews. I messaged on New Year’s Day and heard from Copperhead the next day. By the next day our plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. And our vanity was professionally installed less than 3 hours later. Daniel was thorough, friendly, and talked to me throughout the process. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old pedestal sink and boxes. Grateful for a negotiated deal and will definitely use and recommend Copperhead Plumbing. Love that you’re a local company! Thanks for making this process SO much easier than it had been. We now have a completed half bath and couldn’t be happier!

I couldn’t believe how quickly Copperhead got out to our home when I called regarding a leaking pipe that was flooding our kitchen. Not only were they there to assess quickly, but they were able to stay and complete the repairs on the same day (this was several hours worth of work). Dakota was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He did great work and cleaned up when he was finished (probably cleaner than when he started!).

One of my guys snapped a pipe up in the attic ( I’m an ac contractor) we were able to turn the water off after it flooded the ceiling and got the walls wet. Called copperhead they were there within 45 mins of me calling. The plumber was quick, slick and efficient. Got all the materials and made a nice repair inside the walls ( in two places) turned the water back on and everything was good to go. Great service. Reasonably priced and they did a great job. The pictures were before it got fixed ( where we unfortunately broke the pipe)

We had a plumbing leak at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I googled local plumbers and Copperhead Plumbing came up first with a 5 star rating. They had a plumber ( Dakota) who was here in 30 minutes and addressed our issue. Cassie in the office was professional and polite and walked me through the process. Nicks company is excellent. On time, clean and neat, and gets the job done! I had an issue with my shower handle. This was my second call for the same issue. The part was faulty. I spoke with their service triage at 10am and Nick was out at 09am. I’m happy with the results. They are top tier master plumbers. Don’t hesitate, just call them.

I had to fix a pipe under my bathroom sink as my insurance company said the pipe was not up to their standards. Initially I called a "friend" who is a retired GC and after he left, I noticed the pipe was now leaking and I called him immediately and he told me i had two other sinks in the house to use and he couldnt come back until Monday. Needless to say, I will never use him again. I called Copperhead Monday morning, Daniel came in the afternoon and explained to me what was wrong (the first guy used a wrong adapter!) and he also broke a part in the back) Daniel fixed everything and was very efficient and friendly. I will definitely recommend Copperhead to anyone who needs an experienced and qualified plumber.
