Daniel from Copperhead plumbing was so nice, professional, & very helpful! He came to install a toilet seat & recommended a water filter for my bathroom sink to remove the chemicals in the water. He is also going to do the one in my kitchen which is so helpful because the water is really bad. I highly recommend him!

Copperhead Plumbing is a wonderful company. They were prompt on arrival. They were professional, and knowledgeable, told my spouse what was needed and had it done on same day. It has been a couple of weeks and everything is good. Would highly recommend. I recommended them to my neighbor. They also called them and were extremely happy with their work.

I had an issue with my one handle shower control. Called and spoke with Kathy who scheduled my appointment. She is professional and very helpful. Chase was dispatched to my home. He explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job and fixed my issue. Thank you Chase!! I would call them again if I had another plumbing issue.

Copperhead sent Dakota out to resolve several plumbing problems we had, including a leaking toilet valve and 3 sinks with multiple older valves that were in bad shape. He also gave us good recommendations for improvements going forward. Bottom line, he fixed all issues, and at a fair price. His work was exemplary and he left all rooms as clean as he found them. Highly recommended!

I was happy to get a same day appointment. They were very communicative, letting me know when they were delayed at another job, and calling 30 minutes before arrival. Nick was very professional, explaining what would be done and providing before and after photos. Cleanliness was a perk too, wearing booties when he entered my house and vacuuming up any dust/ dirt. Highly recommend!

Nick has done several things for me, including disposal and faucet replacement and he resolved an issue with a toilet that other plumbers had told me was the drain and to not flush TP down the drain. Nick found a hard water deposit blocking the outflow. Honestly, he could have told me any number of plausible things to justify replacing the toilet, but he stuck with hianprocess

Found Copperhead Plumbing through searching on Facebook. Cassie(sp?) got us booked for same day afternoon and Dakota was able to come even sooner. He was there within an hour of calling! He was super helpful, friendly and got the job done quickly. The price was reasonable. Hopefully we won't need them again but highly recommend and will use them in the future if needed!

Nick was great. Complicated problem that he handled perfectly. He explained the situation clearly and answered all our questions. Digging out in the hot sun had to be unpleasant but he was thorough and competent. Office staff was also pleasant and responsive. We will definitely use Copperhead in the future.

Phenomenal experience with this company! Chase was prompt, honest & extremely helpful. We just had them fix a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain and had no water pressure, replace the faucet in another sink, and fully replace 2 toilets that other plumbers claimed to have fixed previously, but would not stop running & breaking. The quality of their work is unmatched! I won’t be wasting any time calling a different plumber ever again & I would highly recommend the same to anyone! Save time & money, get it done right the first time by a team you can trust!

Had a issue with water backing up in the system and called Copperhead Plumbing to come out for the repair. The timing was on point with a 25 minute arrival time after making the phone call. Our Technician Dakota Shelton, cleared the line and camera scoped it within a hour and informed us of what the issue was with resolve. Mr Shelton did outstanding work within a timely and professional manner and 10 out of 10 will call Copperhead Plumbing with all plumbing needs.

Definitely recommend this company, don’t contact anyone else! Josh came out quickly to repair an emergency break in our main water line. He did tell us why it happened and how to prevent it from happening in the future, great communication, timely and thorough in his work. Not to mention his pricing was fair! I’ll be calling copperhead plumbing again for all my plumbing needs.

Copperhead Plumbing goes above and beyond. I'm so glad I found this company. We have had ongoing plumbing problems at our old home since we bought it 10 years ago. This is the first company that I have faith in that actually made sense of our "weird" plumbing issues due to home additions, etc., and took steps to correct the issues and when it was necessary to contact the city took charge there too. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt that everything would be resolved correctly. My experience started great with Cassie in scheduling the appointment and keeping me informed on arrival times which were accurate and timely. Chase was wonderful to work with and stayed working at our house til almost 9pm on a Friday night. And Nick was great finishing and cleaning up everything. I would recommend Copperhead Plumbing without hesitation.

I waited to post this review because the wonderful reasons I had my water filtration system installed keep coming. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful, and the silver honest brand system is an immediate improvement for my house. It exceeds my expectations. My favorite example is when I air dry my dishes and glasses, as I often do, there are no stains.
