We cannot say enough great things about Dakota and the entire team at Copperhead Plumbing. We live in a new construction home with a Smith water heater that was under a 6-year warranty, but unfortunately after just one year our builder stopped covering service. Then, only two years in, our water heater began leaking badly and we needed help fast. Another plumbing company we contacted wasn’t able to assist, but they highly recommended Copperhead—and we’re so grateful they did. From the very beginning, Copperhead was responsive and professional. Dakota arrived exactly on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and immediately put us at ease during a stressful situation. What truly impressed us was how seamlessly Copperhead handled all of the warranty coordination with the manufacturer. Dakota replaced our Smith water heater efficiently, and the entire process—from diagnosis to completion—was done in under four hours. No hassle, no confusion, just outstanding service. Dakota was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. Thanks to him and Copperhead, what could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth, stress-free experience. We are extremely pleased with Copperhead Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent or routine plumbing services. They’ve earned our trust and our future business!

Have had this company come out here numerous times. Bought an older Florida home about three years ago. Nick the owner is a guy who grew up in south Florida. Which made him well versed in dealing with the rotted cast iron pipes. Rafael was detected he sent to my house. He took the extra time to see what else was going on with the camera. Very fair price and worked done well and on time

We called Copperhead plumbing on Christmas eve with an emergency issue at my mom’s house and they came out within the hour and did a great job! The plumber, Rafael was very professional and a very kind person. He explained everything that needed to be done and was able to complete the job on time for us to go to our Xmas eve party in Miami. He also left everything clean and tidy. Rafael is a special person and my mom was very happy with him. Thank you so much!

I received excellent service from Copperhead Plumbing from the initial call to the same day repair of my garbage disposal which broke on Christmas evening. Cassie answered early the day after Christmas and was friendly and helpful. She told me that we could have same day service. Within a few hours, James came out and fixed our garbage disposal quickly and professionally. He even gave me some cleaning tips! Great service all around. Highly recommend! It’s always good to have a plumber you can rely on and this will Be my go to!

James and Rafael were awesome. I have a toilet at the place I’m living that is really old and it’s also a really strange size. James had to call all over the place to find it and he pulled it off. Very quick service too they went above and beyond. Rafael installed the toilet, it works perfectly. He did it quickly and definitely knows what he’s doing. He even pet my dog, which was nice. These are great People and you can really truly tell they care about what they do and how it affects customers lives.

Justin came within 2 hours of calling in the request. He explained the situation and gave me options. I chose to replace the disposal with one he had on his truck. He had it done in less than an hour, checked thoroughly for leaks, and cleaned up the work area. I will use Copperhead again.

Third time, still a charm! Had to call my friends at Copperhead again to bail me out. This time a broken pump on the water pump from the well. We were 100% down. Cassie in dispatch worked a miracle and freed up a plumber for me who arrived inside of 30 minutes. Rafael arrived, super polite, incredibly helpful, and hit to work on getting us back on line. Not only was he incredibly personable and a lot fun to get to know, he did an amazing job, worked clean and fast, and made everything look exceptional before he left- which wasn’t until after 9pm. Truly can’t say enough about Copperhead. I’ve needed them three times, and every time they’ve been exceptional. Thanks again

Shower valve cartridge removal and replacement: Called for service and Kathy helped get a plumber here in just about an hour and was very helpful with all my questions. The kind plumber, Daniel M. arrived and was able to get the stuck cartridge out and replaced in less than 30 minutes. Handle glides on/off with ease now! Thank you!!

They made this a relatively seamless process. I got on the phone with them late last week to have them come over on a Wednesday morning when I was free, and they got my toilet clog fixed in the span of no more than an hour. Definitely less if we take out the diagnosing. They were a bit expensive but I knew I was going to have to reconcile with that regardless. The guy they sent out, Raphael, was really helpful and presented me all the options they had to ensure a clog wouldn’t happen again.

Copperhead pluming is excellent. Had a technician named Dakota. Young man was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Treated my home like it was his.Gladly answered all of my questions completely. I needed one of my toilets replaced. Normally it would take the following day to get it to my house and installed but because my wife is very ill in bed and the toilet is off of the bedroom he called his company and had someone bring it out and installed it right away to be convenient for my wife. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Raphael texted me five minutes after my call. Ten minutes later he was at my home. Within a couple of minutes he had diagnosed the problem and given me the quote. Within an hour he had rebuilt my water heater and cleaned everything around it! Fabulous service and price! I highly recommend Copperhead Plumbing.

He did an excellent job on installing the new water heater. He made sure everything worked and there were no leaks. When done he cleaned up the whole area above my expectations. I would recommend you DO NOT use these people. they sent over a very inexperienced plumber, who didn’t have his own tools. He borrowed about four or five of my tools, including WD-40, machine oil, Allen Keys, etc. When he finally got the new cartridge into the shower and no water was flowing, he called his dad for advice and then insisted on cutting a hole in my shower tile to replace the entire valve. I said NO, And I called for a supervisor. eventually the supervisor finally figured out that the shower head wand attachment had an on off toggle switch on it, I showed them how to turn it to the on position. The water finally started flowing. The only problem was that the hot was where the cold water should be (on the lever) and the cold was where the hot should be after about another 60 minutes they got everything put back together working properly. For the amount of money they charged, they should not take that long to do the job. And they should not insist on cutting hole holes in the wall when it’s a simple toggle switch issue. Never again will I call them.
