James Ely changed out a pipe under my bathroom sink. He was fantastic. James showed up on time (texted me to tell me he was on his way). He was kind, friendly, and informative. James explained in detail what he was doing, how much it was going to cost, and all about the warranty. I definitely found a guy (and company) I’ll use for all my plumbing needs going forward. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! We could hear a leak inside the wall of our bathroom and in a panic I called Copperhead. Within seconds, Cassie, who took my call, put my mind at ease and assured me that they have all the tech/tools to locate and fix the issue. She dispatched a team member almost instantly and James was knocking at my door within the hour. James is clearly an expert in his field and knew exactly what he needed to do - 1. Locate the leak (without blind holes in the walls all over) with sonar technology 2. Clearly explain what was require along with an explanation of all costs upfront 3. Repair the leak with quality parts. James surpassed my expectations with the knowledge and care he took with our job. Copperhead Plumbing now has a customer for life! THANK YOU!|

My upstairs neighbor caused a water leak in the ceiling in my bathroom - Dakota explained what he would do to find it and then showed where the leak was and explained how he would fix it - he laid out cloth and cleaned everything up when he finished- Dakota: thanks again!

Walked out at midnight last night to appreciate the pool deck and rafters I spent 5 hours cleaning, to find 1/2” of mud and water all the way to the back door with an overflowing pool that could best be describe as chocolate milk. We contacted them first thing in the morning, and Andrew was here earlier than anticipated. He established it was not the main line, and went above and beyond to inspect everything from the pool to the irrigation system, despite that was not the company’s expertise. He spent so much time investigating, eliminating and considering possible issues, and did far more than what some others may feel was their obligation, despite the fact that it was not in the company’s typical wheelhouse. He also took time to investigate some inner issues we had the previous summer and a potential AC leak. He put us in touch with another company and spoke with them in detail for more than a half hour. The feedback I received from him was invaluable and worth the modest cost for him to spend more than two hours here, this coming from one who provides positive/negative reviews minimally. I would 100% recommend this company and it will be our go to if and when the inevitable home owner disaster rears its ugly head again.

There's an adage that says, "Finding a good plumber is hard." This wasn't my experience with Copperhead Plumbing LLC. When Josh arrived, I was surprised with how conscientious he was as it pertains to respecting my home. He made sure to put on shoe covers prior to entering. Furthermore, he fixed the issue with my kitchen sink and afterwards, he didn't charge me more than what was reasonable, whereas other companies would've attempted to. Update: 5/21/25 Though I couldn't use Andrew H.'s services because I found a great offer that I couldn't pass up, I can say he is professional and he waited for someone to come open my home for him. No one was home, there were medical appointments that needed to be attended. Despite that, Andrew waited and remained respectful. Most people would've left. He provided great customer service.

RV created the whole process from texting, calling showing up exactly 3:15 on a Friday, and doing a knockout job with diagnosis, removal, prep, and installation of a new water heater! Yay!! Robert was so organized, top end tools, and did a great job replacing pvc with copper tubing. All of 5 stars, call them up, Copperhead Plumbing! Don't hesitate, call now!!

We have used them several times for jobs around the house for both gas and plumbing jobs. Every one of their crew is very capable and not only do you not mind them in your house, you actually enjoy them. The last job was to install a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and Andy did a great job. We’ve also worked with Nick and James. Doesn’t matter who shows up!
