The technician Raphael was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and everything is now working perfectly. We had a perfect experience with Copper Plumbing and Dan Moesly . He connected our gas grill, sink and faucet, and then informed us about a custom water softener and purifier for our home. The installation was completed within a day. It’s amazing the difference in our water from taste to residue. We no longer have any concerns for ourselves or family regarding water quality in PBG. Our experience was seamless from beginning to end. We will definitely be using for all our plumbing needs! Don’t waste time or money with anyone else!

Justin and his partner were very thorough about what was the problem with my water heater, they explain the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing, financing and time length of the job. I also want mention that Justin was very polite and respectful of my property and stayed until everything was done to my satisfaction. Time will tell about the quality of the job, but so far everything seems to be working properly.

I received excellent service from Copperhead Plumbing from the initial call to the same day repair of my garbage disposal which broke on Christmas evening. Cassie answered early the day after Christmas and was friendly and helpful. She told me that we could have same day service. Within a few hours, James came out and fixed our garbage disposal quickly and professionally. He even gave me some cleaning tips! Great service all around. Highly recommend! It’s always good to have a plumber you can rely on and this will Be my go to!

Copperhead pluming is excellent. Had a technician named Dakota. Young man was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Treated my home like it was his.Gladly answered all of my questions completely. I needed one of my toilets replaced. Normally it would take the following day to get it to my house and installed but because my wife is very ill in bed and the toilet is off of the bedroom he called his company and had someone bring it out and installed it right away to be convenient for my wife. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Copperhead Plumbing because of their reviews. I got a call from the office letting me know that James would be arriving between 8am and 9am.James arrived 8am. My drain in the kitchen was clogged. He gave me the best option that would take care of the problem and made suggestions to keep my drain clear from causing this problem again. James rolled out the Red Carpet. I 've never been more happy to pay a plumber for a job well done than James. You will not be disappointed.

I had previously used Copperhead for a shower valve repair with good results. About 3 months later the valve started leaking due to a faulty part. They responded promptly, dispatched an experienced plumber shortly, and he found the faulty part. A short trip to get a new valve and a couple hours later i was back in business. All covered under warranty and it all shows a commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend Copperhead for any plumbing issues.

Thank you to James, who serviced my plumbing request to get an old under the kitchen sink filter casing removed so that I could put a new filter in. As easy as it seems, I was not able to do this on my own without the tools and fear of breaking waterlines and having a big mess in my kitchen. James was able to take care of this job without any difficulties, or mess. He was kind and professional from beginning to end. When making the initial contact with the company, the staff taking my request and booking, the appointment was understanding, patient, professional, and answered all my questions. Called on a Sunday to see if I could get someone to come Monday for a leak outside the home that had my water continuously running. Customer service answered my call and scheduled Daniel with a window of 8-12pm Monday. Got a text at 8am that he would arrive by 9! Showed up at 8:45 explained their services in detail and was able to find the leak , solve the issue , fix and repair and I couldn’t have been happier w the service. By the next day our plumber, Daniel, showed up right on time. And our vanity was professionally installed less than 3 hours later. Daniel was thorough, friendly, and talked to me throughout the process. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old pedestal sink and boxes. We had a plumbing leak at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I googled local plumbers and Copperhead Plumbing came up first with a 5 star rating. First off, Thank you Copperhead plumbing! From the first interaction with your company to the last was so enjoyable. I felt taken care of; like it was family. Daniel came out EARLY and PROMPTLY to assess our issues with our dishwasher. We didn’t even know if it worked! He did all the measurements and gave us his honest opinion regarding installation and water hook up. He was thorough and answered ALL of our questions. We were really on the fence if it was worth it because we thought maybe the new dishwasher didn’t fit. He reassured us that he would rather try than not. And if it didn’t work, no extra charge. HE MADE IT WORK! he was fast, reliable, careful and very thoughtful of us and our condo. Daniel is such an asset to your company. PLEASE give this man a raise! Called Copperhead, spoke with Cassie...very professional 👏 I used to work for ART Plumbing AC & Electrical, but my own old employer said they'd call me back but never heard from them 😳 Decided to give these guys a try, very glad I did. Plumbing issues are NEVER low cost unfortunately, especially good service (which is hard to find) is worth the money. Price was reasonable, technician "Josh" was superb! I personally don't write many reviews, but I must say excellent job Copperhead!! I also asked for a specific time for arrival...would you believe they showed up, almost the exact time??? I found Copperhead Plumbing on line when my refrigerator leaked flooding my kitchen. My initial call was answered by Nick who told me he would send someone to me within 30-45 minutes.. Within minutes I received a call from Justin advising me that he was on his way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Justin and Copperhead Plumbing. I have called them at 8 p.m. and my call was answered not by a machine, but by Nick. Since my initial contact with them I had an appliance service company come to my home to fix my refrigerator. They reconnected the water line to the refrigerator and once again I had water everywhere. Nick answered my call early this morning and was at my home to resolve the issue in a very short period of time. Nick and Justin are not only knowledgable, they are responsive to your needs when you call. It is so refreshing to hear a human voice on the other end of the line as opposed to leave your name, number and description of your issue and someone will get back to you shortly. In my opinion, they deserve a 10 star rating. I highly recommend them.
